of course your modifications make perfect sense, but in these times of rapid information dissemination, I don't want to go through a whole thought and research process.

It is kinda like my rule with OTC:BB stocks: Whenever you see a really good OTC:BB opportunity, ignore it. It is very likely a scam and though it may not be, it certainly isn't worth the risk.
