Hi Wayne,

How many deep-in-the money options do you have, on which security, and did you intend to exercise them or just trade them? I've done both, so have some experience with this.

To give you a short answer, if you have more than one April call and want to exercise but don't have the cash, sell whatever calls you have tomorrow morning to come up with the cash needed to exercise the others.
