The Canadian Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation
relating to the proposed acquisition by the company of up to 315,000 shares
of Trimark Oil & Gas Ltd., a CDNX-listed company, through the facilities of
the CDNX at the trading price at the time of the acquisition.
