HK-listed PCCW announces path of co-operation with Galaxy Satellite Broadcasting unclear Hong Kong Economic Journal; Apr 13, 2001 Hong Kong-listed Pacific Century Cyber Works (PCCW), a provider of broadband solutions, announced that it has not determined the way in which it will co-operate with Galaxy Satellite Broadcasting, a subsidiary of HK-listed Television Broadcast Ltd. PCCW considers that if the two companies are to set up a joint venture (JV), the JV should apply for pay television operating licences independently.
