Hi Mark,

PCI interrupts are completely sharable under the current version of ACPI. However, non-PCI IRQ's (such as the serial and parallel ports) are not. Since the System information program is not really a dynamic diagnostic tool I think Microsoft has it display any shared IRQ's as potential conflicts. It's still the same on my one week old DELL with Win2k and 9 devices on IRQ 9 showing as conflicts.
