Bear market rallies are the inverse of Bull Market corrections. You get huge retracements back to the moving aaverages that are probably 50% higher from current prices. I think the NASDAQ has an easy road ahead thru the end of the quarter - July might be stretching it a bit except thru the end of 2nd quarter EPS's.

It was great to see Greenspan's move to devalue the dollar relative to the Euro and the Yen. Last month's move by Europe not to drop interest rates to sustain a higher purchasing parity of the Euro relative to the dollar does not seem like such a shock now.

It appears to me that the shorts are going to get wiped out from here. The overnight surprise with INTC's positive outlook for the second half of the year coupled with more FED easing completely caught the market off guard. There was no way for anyone to anticipate this kind of reversal in such a short space of time. I wonder how long it will take the shorts to recover from the fundamental shift in money flow.
