DJ CORRECT: Forstmann Bought XO Stk March 20, Not Last Week

18 Apr 19:07

Theodore Forstmann, senior founding partner of Forstmann Little, doubled his
stake in XO Communications on March 20 when he bought 200,000 shares at $8.85
each, or a total of $1.77 million, according to filings with the Securities and
Exchange Commission.

(A report published at 1:27 p.m. EDT incorrectly said Theodore Forstmann
bought 200,000 shares last week at $8.85 - which would have been a significant
premium at that time - according a newspaper report. Forstmann reported the
March 20 purchase to the SEC last week. The purchase was made at market prices;
on March 20, XO's stock traded between $7.88 and $9.94 a share.)
