Was IMMD thinking: "I have some good news, and I have some bad news, which would you like to hear first?" By their history of quarterly earnings annoucements, I would say they either have the press release ready or know the numbers. The timing of all of this is a little ironic don't you think? Just my thoughts. Bill P.S. Someone here may know. I've misplaced some of my financial data the Peggy sent me. If I remember right there was supposed to be a final installment of I think $300,000 from an infringement lawsuit that favored IMMD. I can't remember the date that payment is or was due. Can anyone help?
