I find this troubling:

From the Reuters report:

Once a high flyer on Wall Street, Citrix last July said a shift by big corporations and other customers to electronic purchases of its products had come faster than expected and had upset anticipated sales growth.

From the company PR:

FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS
-- Electronic delivery of licenses this quarter amounted to 19% of product sales compared to 24% in the previous quarter.

WTF is going on here? Was the explanation last June just an excuse for poor execution? Was this explained in the CC?
I also find the fact that they have swept the CEO search under the rug a little disconcerting.
