Richard, at over 10% interest, these senior notes are getting a decent rate of return for loaned money. I don't think they will be convertible but I would very much like to know if they are. Offshore is okay by me. Money moves easily over borders and maybe there is cheaper money offshore.

No, they aren't burning cash at an unsustainable rate. Everything is going according to plan and they will have "burned" over $2.5bn before they get any back. There are a couple of years to go yet of "burning"! Equity finance is pretty much complete, but there is still money to be raised by loans. [Only $300 million to go = almost there]
