Kind of makes me curious as to why Gates/Dell/Fiorini aren't doing the same. Mike, because they (HP/MSFT/Dell's customers vs. Cisco's SP customers) don't have to issue mountains of debt to keep their industry alive... Not so much the "Perfect Storm" (unless you were referring to the Hollywood aspects), but clever financial engineering to get to a favorable outcome for their clients... All IMHO, Regards, Rob
