So the polar ice caps aren't melting fast?

I'm not talking about 'debatables' such as the effects on climate change, or degrees of blame, or attributions... ice melts, glaciers retreat, or they don't. No doubt there.

Feel free to point me to scientific sites or reports more recent than February showing that ice cap size is increasing.
