SEBL (P/E=70) up 10 pts on THIS? --> Siebel Systems (SEBL) 33.98 +1.10: -- Update -- On conference call, in Q1 SEBL experienced a "dynamic deterioration in business" throughout the quarter. In other words, business was much worse in March than it was in January. Expects the slide in demand to continue into Q2 and cites economic weakness as the cause which it expects to spread to Europe. SEBL +2.03
