In fact, even mid 2002 is a little too optimistic according to Ruiz :

It is significant to note that the conversaion of FAB30 to .13 microns is on plan and we intend to begin production ... start in the fourth quarter of this year, and we expect all production output to be totally converted to .13 microns by the end of next year.


If they strictly talk about output, then 100% production would rather be end Q3

It's interesting to note that it's pretty much sure we see .13µ parts in Q1. AMD puts the majority of it's cap exp on .13µ tools.
