Needed a different face in my largely tech portfolio, and decided that ABBK was the way to "fill the need", the need for diversification GREED!! Honestly though with the Fed rate cuts, the housing market should remain robust well into the end of the year and most likely beyond. The great earnings report by this company, plus its 3 percent yield really turned my head after noticing it had an A for accumulation distribution in IBD!! EPS and relative strength are also in the 80s as listed in IBD columns. Looks good, feels good, tastes good. ABBK is good for me, and good for you. I suggest doing your omework and taking a look at this company TODAY!!! Good Luck!!!!!
