LOL -- good old 'Arch' - the Phoenix-based 'astrologist/broker' ... I was astonished to see this dude as a fairly regular guest on CNBC in '98 ... they'd have him on, as I recall, around 'superstitious times' ... Halloween, any Friday the 13th ...
