Oh yes, a must.

I was rather surprised to see that people in Philly don't all have AC. My husbands brother moved up there to work in the Naval yard umteen years ago. Being from Texas, he couldn't believe that they didn't sell cars with AC in them, you had to request one and pay extra. They also don't have central air in their house either.
