skeeter...the average worker who has been a homeowner since 1973, has via the increase in housing price, the ability to trade up and improve the quality of life....maybe i'm naive but i know of very few that are not better off....not sure where you are located geographically, but a great deal of affordable housing does exist....if it didn't then who has been buying all the new homes?
