you are correct...i paid 3k on a card i held for over 10 years...owed a balance of 300.00 and was late for 10 days...when i called to ask why they put a hold on my account i informed them i had a check for 200.00 in the mail and i paid 3k last month....the idiots wouldn't release the hold and now after i quit last week the bastards send me blank checks in the mail.....they have no customer service anymore.....i'm still trying to convince them i paid off completly and i quit....
