Who needs a house? I have three. What a pain in the butt they are too. I got one that I've had the roof fixed three times on it and it still leaks...it's a 3000Square foot with five bedrooms and GAS heat. Another where the tenants do something weird to the plumbing every single year. Got termite treatments, new paint, siding, yard work, driveway paving, well digging, tree work, lawn mowing, landscaping, on and on etc.etc.....I might as well do direct deposit at Home Depot. Who needs a house? Very affordable.
