Hi Mike--

Yes, the dial-up fee is approx. $20/month. On top of that is an InterLata Internet Provider fee of $5.40/month, both in addition to the normal voice-line charge.

Yes, I use BellSouth.net, as an ADSL user. I have my issues with BellSouth.net but there are no acceptable alternatives (including cable access that is not as good as ADSL). BellSouths Internet charges for ADSL are not regulated and that costs me $55.66 total + the InterLata fee.
