It is not clear whether it is a statistically insignificant variation, naturally caused, or caused by human activities, and it is not clear that it will continue, or what climate changes should be anticipated in the next hundred years.

I'd say it is accepted that human activities are affecting and will increasingly affect climate change. Just how much of the recent temperature increase is attributable to human activities is unclear.
