FDA never confirm a drug until it is proven (in clinical trials). FDA only want to regulate AndroCar or AndroVir as drugs (likely because the phase I or the compassionate trial results).
PRLN has done a half ass job in preparation for the dietary supplement launch. So PRLN must go through clinical trials. NO MONEY to do it now, what is worse is that they lost one year, an extremly valuable year, when they could have used the time to find potential partners to do the trials. The management that led to the dietary fiasco is mostly incompetent or, at least, unfocused business management.
Lee Henderson is not involved in day-to-day research activities at PRLN and can not provide adquate advice for the research. Unless Keith Rhodes is absolutely nuts, he will realize that no biotech company can be run without a scientific director. Unless he has some connections to the Fareast, he may not be able to sell anything there. Even if he can sell oversees, how much proceeds can he get from developing countries to sustain PRLN here? I believe his short term solution is to sell the TCM library, or license out the extracts. If so, he is selling the very heart of PRLN and thereby destroy it. Plus, whatever herb PRLN has, the other company has equal access. Who would be interested in buying. Hank probably can confirm that BMS has a natural product department, so does Merck, Pfizer etc.
Shareholder meeting should be a very interesting one. Maybe John Babish will try to take control there. Personally I would like to invite John Babish to any kind of discussion to talk about the future of the company. Who can tell me the email address of John Babish? Please email me. Thanks in advance.
I own 1000 shares at 2. Not much loss that I worry a lot. I certainly advise not to buy in this one as it is developing into pure speculatives.
