The bear market is over. Did I predict this or not? All the tech dogs popping back one by one. And still so far to go.

What's left near the bottom? Plenty including some I own. LOR, PALM, NOVL, UIS, SCNT and yes LU still. Lu only up to $9 and can easily get back to $12 here. Also WCOM, TLAB and the Baby Bells which are lagging. It's true this kind of rallying might need a break in a week but it's not going to end tomorrow. And even when it breaks there will be buying once it drops 50-100 points. They're starting to price in a brighter future and though shorts say there's no guidance, prevailing widsdom says otherwise. Certainly can't argue with IBM, VZ, MSFT, INTC and AAPL being relatively unscathed. Even those with poor profits still had the revenues, many of them. Damn, should have bought more dogs and followed by own advice more. Too damn cautious and conservative I am. But at least I'm not short. Already made back everything I lost the last two months now want to double that before I get out.

When to start shorting? Who knows but not yet.
