Hi Pezz, please, speaking for myself at least, do not feel you are intruding. You are an equal member of this thread by definition, posting anything, in any tone of 'voice', more preferably politely and helpfully. No gurus here.
Contrarian view is always helpful to me, reinforcing some beliefs due to the view's weakness, and changing other beliefs due to the view's strength.
Given that you used the dreaded D word, you no doubt followed the discussion on this thread for a while. We do have fun here, ribbing and de-ribbing, and sometimes we make a mistake and make folks cry through excessive rough play. A simple apology should fix that, because there is no narror minded mean-ness here.
You obviously are buying. If you can share some thoughts: Are you buying for the long term or for the flip, and what specifically. Have you ever gone short.
