Lola, in reality, "things" happens very fast on iHUB... A post is "moved to a different section of the website", since the word "deleted", actually implies that the post has disappeared for good... Either the poster thinks the deletion is unfair and notifies iHUB Admin; or the post is reviewed as part of the routine review of ALL deletions and either remains deleted or is re-instated, and BECOMES an ADMIN's DECISION, no longer that of the CoB... Actually, the Website is pretty much immune from legal prosecution, but a school of thought believes that the CoB is very much at risk, so I'm looking forward to be the next Martyr... In any case, you have skillfully skirted the gist of my argument, that pits Moderated Boards against the "fairer" iHUB concept... JMHO, F. Goelo + + +
