care to guess what an urban home cost as a % of income in 1973. how about now? it is waaaaaaaay up. Which, when combined with record high ownership of late, could justify a decline in the home equity percentage and the alledged higher debt to disposable income. The latter, I'm still waiting, to find out how is calculated- ie is mortgage debt included?
