For every share sold, someone bought. So, what's the deal. Someone going to take all they can with hope that the reorganization will eliminate what ever the problems have been when FG merged with the anchor, went to NYSE and agreed to build for a song? As far as I'm concerned, the reorgainization will permit the company to renegotiate those dragging, imposible to complete projects that its stuck for as well as kick out the fat, stupid management that drove it into the ground. Seems that there's plenty of money to be made with all that needed oil and FG infrastruture is still an important asset.
