I know exactly what you mean.

Funny thing though, I've learned through the years not to give up on a stock until I'm sure that the reasons I bought it in the first place are no longer valid. (The best example was when I sold a ton of QCOM in December of 1998, after holding it for two years, because the stock just never went anywhere). siliconinvestor.com
