i have opposite situation as you. 3/4 qcom in taxable account. i dont understand the sale of the may 80's. i was thinking about selling july 75's or 80's and buying back the april 60's and hoping that retrenchment would allow me to close the july's and not be damaged too much

hope you are right on retrenchment tomorrow. it's possible q could drop more than 6.30 but not likely. but the closer it gets to 60 better off i am. i, too, plan to watch carefully tomorrow and may, if it looks possible, wait until late to buy--but i have the feeling a lot of folks will be doing that and it may not be possible to get a transaction. on the other hand, most folks holding calls don't want the stock so they will sell the call before the weekend

tomorrow is gonna be a little nerve racking--especially if it the price drops with folks wanting out of their positiions;

if it looks like close below 65, why bother buying the apr 65's back
