I just shorted Cisco. Where will the mob take this stock in the next 8 months? I believe the reason so many small investors got slaughter is because of foolishly making targets.

Nobody likes admitting they were wrong. Rather a bull will watch his money disappear (it could happen to bears).

I might lose a dollar, regroup and try again. I may even gamble after a sharp fall and go long. Where this worthless stock ends up in December I do not care.

What I do believe is the bulk of speculative investing capital is packing for retirement to Florida. I believe Cisco will never be able to pay a dividend that would attract an aging baby-boomer. The outflow of money from mutual funds will continue for 20 years.

The question is not whether the tech sector will survive. The question is can they serve a retiring baby-boom generation. No dividend potential means the mother load of investment capital will continue to flow out as the people grow older and older.

If this stock hits $60 I predict that will be the 10 year high in 2011.
