Great Ayn Rand quote (thanks to Kitco Gold Board chap, Steve Puetz):

This comment perfectly sums up what the SI IPMCF hypsters do here:

"You use what Ayn Rand called the "Argument from Intimidation". Read chapter 19 of "The Virtue of Selfiness" by Ayn Rand. Rand states,"There is a certain type of argument which, in fact, is not an argument at all, but a means of forestalling debate and extorting an opponent's agreement with one's undiscussed notions. It is a method of bypassing logic by means of psychological pressure..." She goes on to say because they are losing the arguement. They resort to name-calling in a last-ditch attempt to psychologically break their opponent. I have learned to recognize this technique, and don't fall for it."

thanks once again to the Kitco board!
