Kenneth, I don't think based on the total in the post that Ashley is completely out yet...nor do I understand why he's insisted on making his exit through this relentless, erosive constant filing and selling. A while back I asked ProCyte's I.R. why he had to part with so many shares on the open market -- why he didn't do it through a private placement or something. She said she had offered to set up a private placement for him but he passed on the offer. She has also told me that no matter that he's severely damaging the stock price, Ashley has told her "you wouldn't let me sell at 17, don't tell me I can't sell [at the present price levels]"... I trust you share my disgust with the situation and the remarkable losses most of us on this board have probably suffered, at least on paper. Chris
