Joe, I checked the filings today,,no 1 for 40 on Edgar!! Last thing I saw was a DEFR14A filing on May 20 that stated in part: "NOTICE is hereby given that effective May 20, 1997 the Special Shareholders' Meeting called for June 11, 1997 has been canceled by authority of the Board of Directors." This cancelled the meeting to decide on the reverse split!!! No new pre14A or 14A filings recently... I wonder where some folks get the info that they chose to erroneously distribute to poor folks like ourselves??? It is typical however that some idiots get so overwhelmed by events that they do not even understand what the hell they are reading... Again: Buyers beware !!!!!
