Companies are not supposed to sell goods after they have written them off, of course. But some analysts wondered whether Cisco might take some of the materials it has written down to zero and put them in goods it could sell to customers in coming months. This would cause earnings to rocket and margins to soar.

Good article. You KNOW they aren't going to throw away 2.5 Billion in chips. OF COURSE , they're going to reuse it.

CISCO is a scam just like this stock market.
