Teresa, I started to make your seafood salad yesterday. I got scallops, jumbo shrimp, fresh de-shelled clams, mussels, and calamari, plus all the other ingredients. I got artichoke hearts in cans. I sauteed everything but steamed the shrimp and mussels. I marinated the sauce by itself for a few hours then poured over the salad and put in the fridge. Today I have to roast the peppers, chop the parsley, and I think I will add in a little bit of pasta. The ideal would be clear rice noodles but whatever I have.
I'm serving it tonight, but I have to say, I stayed up late and sampled too much!!! It's very tasty!!!
I guess nobody is in an active chatroom anymore? I checked occasionally but when I went to the page, the chat room was always empty. Or am I doing something wrong? I would have liked to see you trade futures the last few days! |
