Bill, 1) Yahoo is more than a search engine. Anyone who has visited their sports scores, stock quotes (a great financial source), headline news, chat rooms, My Yahoo, etc., would clearly know that. 2) An independent market ananlysis of Ad Revenue is much more sophisticated than a dumb brokers opinion on Microsoft. I noticed that Infoseek is losing market share and money, and it's stock has dropped. Competing against Yahoo will be next to impossible.
