Still waiting. NPLI gets a delisting notice:

Netpliance stock might be delisted from Nasdaq Natl Mkt

AUSTIN, Texas, April 19 (Reuters) - High-speed Internet service company Netpliance Inc. <NPLI.O>, whose president and co-founder recently resigned, on Thursday said it received notice from the Nasdaq that its stock may be delisted from the National Market.

The Austin, Texas-based company, which in early February said it was cutting 54 percent of its remaining work force, or 76 jobs, said the Nasdaq notice stated that its common stock fails to comply with minimum bid price requirements.

Netpliance shares finished down 4 cents at 42 cents on the Nasdaq Thursday, far below a 52-week high of $11. The stock has a 52-week low of 19 cents.

Netpliance said it has requested a hearing before a Nasdaq panel to review the determination that its stock no longer meets listing requirements.

It added that it believes its stock price will recover, but noted that there can be no assurance that it will not be delisted from the Nasdaq National Market.
