BRCD warns, from Yahoo 31.34: -- Update -- Company warns for Q2; sees approximate 30% revenue decline, which puts Q2 revenues at around $115 mln vs the consensus mean estimate of $143 mln. Q2 EPS to be $0.05-0.06 vs consensus mean of $0.11. Full year revenues to be about $520 mln vs consensus mean of $628 mln. GSR
