Fred, it could be, but I'm not sure. I guess it's possible that 1.75COMS shares will trade on a "when issued" basis, but seems like an unnecessary level of complexity, especially when considering the average daily volume in USRX. Another possibility is that there will be a short halt to trading in USRX shares to allow the brokerage houses an opportunity to record the exchange in their customer accounts. If I recall correctly, that's what happened when JNJ bought Cordis - no trading in CORD for the remainder of the day.

I guess someone might want to call their broker tomorrow to find out what the sequence of events will be.
