GLEN - I think your first scenario is more likely. - The buying didn't come in until the final ten minutes, and it wasn't vigorous. (At 3:53 it was 16.9 to 2.5, but at 3:55 it fell to 2 - 1. By the close it was only 1.3 to 1) Those weren't shorts covering.

In the after market the last trade I looked at was still at 41 7/16 at 4:54: neither buyers nor sellers had moved it since the close, although they bought and sold 300,000 shrs.
