Regarding to manipulating the books, I can't say it for sure. I respect your opinion. I continue to hold mine.
Regarding Elmore selling, it's only one of the many factors I look into. Agree, he could be selling it for many reasons other than weak fundamentals. Two years ago, when WIND was around its low point, Elmore bought. Someone (in an article) pointed out how good a WIND investor was Elmore. He seemed to always execute at the right time. Since investors cheered when he bought, it would only be fair to do the opposite of cheering when he sells.
In term of the integrity of the old WIND management, Fiddler, Ableman, and Kraber, if we go back to the event two years ago, I find hard for anyone to say that the management had much integrity. Unlike you, I don't know Fiddler personally, but I would say that most of us had no clue why institutions were getting out of WIND on those three days when the selling volume equaled 70% of the total WIND float.
