"...then why would you care if you agree to the disclaimer?"

BECAUSE I CARE IF I SIGN AN AGREEMENT THAT ALLOWS SOMEONE TO ENGAGE IN INTERCOURSE WITH ME IN THE RECTUM.

BECAUSE I HAVE HAD ENOUGH DEALINGS WITH BIG BUSINESS AND GOVERNMENT WHERE I LOST MONEY AND LOST MY PERSONAL SECURITY.

I no longer have access to my account. I no longer have access to trades at the discounted WebBroker price. I no longer have the ability to check if my account is correct. I no longer have the ability to make split-second decisions regarding my stocks. I am being denied a service for which I have a binding agreement. And I don't even WANT RTQ, but unless I sign the agreement for RTQ, I get NOTHING AT ALL, no more honouring the agreement that has been in place for 3 years, and which does not mention RTQ.

If you don't understand what I just said, please respond.
