I posted, to Joel, data from the FRB that shows that mortgage payments as a percentage of disposable income was at 6.46% last quarter. The all-time low was 4.39% in 1980 - the highest in the interim was 6.35% in 1991. So last quarter it was 0.11% more than it ever has been before in the past 20 years. That's not even statistically significant. If that's not good enough for you, just tell me what you want.
