well, i heard him say "we want a strong dollar". how much more explicit could he possibly be?

methinks ever since he once slipped up by intimating that the dollar's external value might be better left to the market he got strict marching orders w.r.t. what he's allowed to say on the subject. now he's the same scratched record that Somewhere's was.
