Me too, i figure even if my bullish scenario is valid, this would be the "c" of "4". COMP breaking 2130 means things are much more bearish.

That is going to be one ominous daily stick on MSFT. A couple of other thoughts on Softie.

1) Has traced out a beautiful a-b-c on the dailies which has corrected the entire down from $120 exactly 38.2%
2) Its right at resistance.

I'd poot it but I don't have rocks in my head.
