ASTN CEO wants to sue me?

He just said on his Fridays with Freddy that he will be suing me and five anonymous others. I posted the news and SEC items about the mob and ASTN and Westergaard. What would he be suing me for? Supposedly he's threatened another poster with a lawsuit and he never followed through with it. The CEO of two other companies said they were going to sue me also and never did. It would really be a mistake on ASTN's part. They have enough troubles as it is. Everything I posted came straight from the SEC or news articles. Here is the information I posted. mary.cc

Here is the bit from FWF where he answers shareholders questions. This is paraphrased.

Q: Did you know anything about the mob relationship, that they did ASTN's ipo or were pumping the stock and did you hire westergaard to pump your stock?

A: Mary doesn't listen. No. We filed a complaint againt Mary Cummins and five John Does regarding these statements. It's a free country to a point but false statements meant to injure business reputation or even likely of causing injury is a different issue. Today or tomorrow against those parties. We will answer those questions very shortly.

I'm just going to do even more ASTN research and sit tight and see if anything happens.

ASTN attorneys read this board. Just FYI. Thoughts anyone?
