You're screwy. Population vote? Who even knows what that means or cares? Popular vote means number of votes. Gore won that by 1%. Or are you talking about vacant lots in San Bernadino or Provo? I saw that stupid map of yours to try and live in denial that your side really won big. What stupidity to even draw up such a map. As if the Utah desert should decide who's elected. Why don't you go start your own country somewhere and make up new rules? Only unhappy rural white males allowed so you can have a majority. And take Rush Limbaugh with you.
