PS, Schwab Canada lists the Nasdaq Consolidated Subscriber Agreement (5/97-AG7) under a section on its web site (possibly accessible only by logged in clients) called Misc - Agreements. I don't recall if the agreements had "I agree" and Signature fields on them, since I'm a foolish Canadian that signs documents without thought of consequence.
