The following questions showed up on a Yahoo board. There's probably a far better chance of getting a serious answer here. (((Can you say exactly who makes the final decision on an NDA? I keep reading that "the FDA" weighs the advisory panel recommendations and then decides -- but who exactly? How many are involved? The FDA is a huge bureaucracy. ... Is it true, as someone posted, that there was a straw poll showing 6-2 for Aslera? Is that unusual? Are approval recommendations normally unanimous? Thanks for any serious replies based on knowledge, not guesswork.)))
